 but also is economical. The compact camera housing is available in two cross-section sizes of 29 mm x 29 mm and 30 x 40 mm:

 it is thanks to these advantages that the ace series has become one of the best-selling camera series and meets the application needs of thousands of users. 

The ace series has more than 130 camera models and is one of the industrial image processing camera series with the richest product lines on the market.

Basler ace cameras are available in a variety of resolutions, frame rates, interface standards, and chips from all leading manufacturers.

A rich product selection, coupled with a wide range of applicable functions, makes all ace camera models suitable for numerous vision applications.

In order to facilitate customers to purchase various ace models and more clearly distinguish the functions of each model, 

the ace series products are now divided into four product lines: ace Lite, ace Classic, ace U and ace L.

ace L

As with the ace U, advances in firmware features have improved the ace L's performance. 

In addition, ace L is also equipped with high-resolution Sony Pregius CMOS chips of 9 million and 12 million pixels, 

and supports target surface sizes of more than 1 inch. In order to accommodate the larger chip, 

the camera housing of the ace L is slightly larger than other ace models, with a cross-sectional dimension of 40 mm x 30 mm.
